Refund & trial policy

Short version: try Pro free for 14 days, and if a paid plan isn't for you, get your money back within 30 days. No forms, no hassle.

14-day free trial (Pro)

The Pro plan ($5/month) includes a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then — from your Lemon Squeezy receipt email or customer portal link — and you won't be billed at all.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you upgrade to Pro or Lifetime and decide it isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of your purchase (or of your first charge, for Pro) and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked.

• Pro (subscription): refundable within 30 days of your first charge after the trial. Cancelling stops future billing; a refund also reverses the most recent charge if it's within the window.
• Lifetime (one-time): refundable within 30 days of purchase.

How to request a refund

Email support@auraliawealthtracker.com with the email address you purchased with. We process refunds through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, and you'll typically see the funds back within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Free plan

The Free plan costs nothing, so there's nothing to refund — you can use it for as long as you like, with no trial and no card required.
