Terms & Conditions
The plain-language version: use Auralia reasonably, keep your own data backed up, and don't try to break or resell it. Here's the full version.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Auralia Wealth Tracker ("Auralia," "we," "us") at auraliawealthtracker.com or through our app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. What Auralia is
Auralia is a personal net worth and investment tracking tool. You manually add information about your own assets — cash, stocks, crypto, real estate, and similar — and the app calculates totals, allocation, projections, and related figures for your reference. Auralia does not connect to your bank or brokerage accounts, does not move money, and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
3. Accounts
Creating an account requires a valid email address. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
4. Your data
Asset data you enter into Auralia (holdings, values, budget figures, and similar) is stored locally in your browser and is not uploaded to our servers. This means: we cannot see, recover, or restore this data if you clear your browser storage, switch devices, or lose access to the device you used. You can export a backup file from Settings and import it elsewhere — doing so is your responsibility. We are not liable for data loss from browser storage being cleared, corrupted, or inaccessible.
5. Subscriptions & payment
Auralia offers a Free plan and paid plans (Pro subscription and Lifetime one-time purchase). Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which handles billing, taxes, and payment security. By subscribing, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms in addition to these. Pricing, trial length, and billing frequency are shown at checkout before you pay. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund details.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use Auralia for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with or disrupt the service; reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app without permission; or use automated means to scrape or overload the service.
7. Intellectual property
Auralia's design, branding, and code are owned by us or our licensors. You retain all rights to the data you enter about your own finances. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of Auralia itself to you.
8. No financial advice
Auralia is a tracking and calculation tool, not a financial advisor. Projections, growth estimates, and allocation figures are based on inputs you provide and assumptions you choose — they are illustrative only and not a guarantee or recommendation. Make your own financial decisions, or consult a licensed professional.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Auralia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including inaccuracies in calculations, data loss, or decisions made based on figures shown in the app.
10. Termination
You may stop using Auralia at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the service for anyone who violates these terms. Since your data lives in your own browser, uninstalling or no longer using the app does not require any action on our part.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date below. Continued use of Auralia after changes means you accept the revised terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
